The Department is headed by Partner Tony Malia who is supported by Solicitors Stuart Athey, Stephen Moore and Legal Executive Louise Robertson.

The firm operates a 24 hour call-out scheme and Tony Malia, Stuart Athey and Stephen Moore are accredited Police Station Solicitors and Court Solicitors. The schemes which the firm presently covers are North Tyneside, Newcastle, South Tyneside and Tynedale.
