Our Family Department has considerable experience to deal with various problems which concern divorce, separation, child care and adoption.

We are all members of the SFLA and follow the SFLA Code of Practice committing us to a conciliatory constructive and cost effective approach.

In particular we deal with the following areas:

• Financial issues, tax and pensions
• Disputes between unmarried partners

We take a sensitive and objective approach to such matters; many disputed issues are resolved without recourse to courts.
