Mental Health

This is an area of Law that is developing very quickly. The Department is led by Nick Kincaid who is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel. Nick is assisted by David Singleton, an experienced Solicitor and Tony Malia, a Partner. Our Department offers advice and assistance in all aspects of Mental Health Law particularly representation at MHRTs and hospital meetings.

Work is undertaken with the understanding that it is essential that those who are detained and treated without consent must have their Legal interests and rights protected.
