The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants at 11am on Thursday 8th March 2012. The winner will be informed by DM by 5pm on that date.

The prize is for advice, drafting and execution in relation to one will only. Any additional wills e.g. for partner/spouse/civil partner will be chargeable at our usual rate.

The prize is for one simple will. Any inclusion of Inheritance Tax planning, Life Interest Trust, House Trust or Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependents) Act 1975 Statement will be chargeable at our usual rate.

The winner must be able to travel to our North Shields office.
