Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join our private client department on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for a solicitor with previous experience in private client matters, excellent client care skills, who can work to deadlines and be a strong team player.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of private client matters including probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, wills trusts and deputyships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE although we will consider applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and excellent prospects for career development and progression.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person

We are extremely proud of Jane Bradbeer and Kate Davidson who took part in the Northumberland Mighty Hike on 15 July 2023, walking 26 miles in atrocious weather conditions. They battled torrential rain, thunder and lightning but made it to the finish line still smiling, after a long 10.5 hours. Between them they raised over £1000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

What an achievement, well done ladies!
