Personal Injury

If you have been injured through no fault of your own you may be entitled to claim compensation.

We have the legal expertise and many years of experience to help you pursue your claim against those responsible for any pain, suffering or financial loss you have experienced.

You will receive face to face advice from qualified staff , who are also members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Our aim is to make the whole personal injury claim process as simple and easy to understand as possible.

We can help with:

  • Accidents at work
  • Road traffic accidents
  • Trips and slips
  • Criminal injuries compensation
  • Accidents abroad

We conduct personal injury claims under a “No Win, No Fee” agreement.

Conditional Fee Agreements

We offer representation in personal injury cases under a Conditional fee Agreement. In order to assess the viability of your case we offer a free initial consultation and assessment.

In most cases we will conclude our assessment and notify you within 14 days whether your case has reasonable prospects of success and if we are willing to accept instructions.

A Conditional Fee Agreement is a legal funding agreement where you only pay for your solicitor’s work if your case is won and you are awarded compensation.

If you win your case, some legal costs and expenses can be recovered from the losing party at the end of the claim, by way of fixed costs. However our costs in dealing with the claim on your behalf are likely to exceed the fixed costs.

These additional costs, our success fee element and any After the Event (ATE) insurance premium can not be recovered from your opponent so this is payable by you via a deduction from your compensation. In personal injury cases the deduction is capped at 25% of your compensation.
