Emma joined Hadaway & Hadaway as a Solicitor in the Property Department in October 2020.

Emma has 16 years experience working in commercial and residential conveyancing at a Newcastle City Centre firm before joining Hadaway & Hadaway. She is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Emma is highly experienced and efficient and can offer comprehensive advice in relation to all property transactions including buying, selling and remortgaging commercial, residential and buy to let properties. Emma also has experience acting for investors in the acquisition or sale of property portfolios or properties comprising a number of flats let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies.

Emma works closely with both her clients and other professionals to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible. She understands that it can be a stressful time for clients and she works hard to ensure that she keeps both clients and other parties in a transaction fully informed as to progress at all stages.
